At Rudraksha Explore, we are committed to providing authentic and high-quality products. Due to the nature of our products, we follow a strict no return policy.

Return Policy

We do not accept returns once the product has been delivered. Customers are requested to verify all details before placing an order.

Replacement Policy

Replacement will only be provided under the following conditions:

• The product is damaged or defective at the time of delivery

• The customer has recorded a clear video while opening the package (unboxing video)

The unboxing video must clearly show:

• The sealed package

• Opening of the package

• The product condition

If the product is found damaged or incorrect, the customer must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with valid video proof.

Refund Policy

Refunds are not applicable in most cases. In rare situations, refunds may be considered at the sole discretion of Rudraksha Explore.
